RULES for VIDEO entries for the God’s Creation I Am Worldwide Video Campaign

There is no fee to enter. Submit your video of no more than 2 minutes between September 10, 2014 – October 31, 2014 and meet the following  requirements:

God’s Creation I Am and its sponsors reserve the right to disallow an entry that does not include the statement requested stated in native tongue, or any video that it deems to contain offensive material.

•By submitting a video to this campaign, you grant God’s Creation I Am a royalty-free license to copy, distribute, modify, display and perform publicly and otherwise use, and authorize others to use, your video for any educational purpose throughout the world and in any media.

•God’s Creation I Am reserves the right to make your video available to the general public from its Website and to distribute it to watershed groups and any other organizations interested in showing it for educational purposes, including, but not limited to, on Internet sites, at conferences and events, on television, and other media outlets.

•God’s Creation I Am Worldwide Video Campaign is open to everyone nationwide and worldwide. The campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. God’s Creation I Am Ministries.

•You must submit a signed video release form for each person who appears in the video. Parents must sign release form for minors.

•Entries must be submitted by October 31, 2014.

•Personal information collected from video submitters to God’s Creation I Am Campaign will never be sold. The information collected for this campaign will only be used to contact video submitters in direct relation to the campaign.

Video Guidelines:
o The Submission must be provided in the form of a URL that links directly to the video on your Account;
o The Submission video must have been posted to your Account on or after

September 10, 2014;
o The video may be taken with any type or brand of video camera or video capable still camera;
o The Submission must not exceed (2) minutes in length; and
o The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind.
Content Restrictions:
o The Submission must not contain audio or an audio track for which the Entrant does not have written permission from the owner thereof to use for this campaign.
o The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
o The Entrant must have written permission from all individuals that appear in the Submission (if any) to use their name and likeness in the Submission and to grant the rights set forth herein;
o The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the campaign;
o The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate in his/her Submission in this campaign;
o The Submission must not contain video, images or artwork not created by entrant;
o The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
o The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
o The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Submission is created.
 

•Any videos posted to YouTube will be subject to YouTube's privacy policy.

•Any videos posted to Facebook will be subject to Facebook’s privacy policy.
